How much will it cost to ship fragrances to me?

 
Shipping is subject to a Flat Fee of $6.95 in the continental USA and Puerto Rico; $16.95 to Canada; $28.95 to UK, Italy, France, Spain and Most of Europe; $44.95 to Most of South America and South Africa. If your country is not listed and you would like to be notified of the shipping price prior to us charging your card, then choose shipping method (International - Other) and you will receive an email to confirm the shipping cost. Higher Prices will be charged for Optional Expedited Services.


How long will it take for my package to arrive?

  Most packages arrive within 6-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered and your location. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate. Please insure your billing address matches the billing address on your credit card statement in order to insure prompt delivery. This address WILL be verified with your bank and if they do not match EXACTLY, your order will be delayed and possibly cancelled. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number and expected arrival date. In order to insure the fastest possible delivery, it is sometimes necessary for us to split your order into two or more packages. Do not be alarmed if your items do not arrive together. Items are shipped via UPS, DHL, Fedex and/or the USPS.

Please note: Some items, such as skin care products, may take additional time to be delivered. If you have any questions concerning skin care product delivery, please feel free to contact us.
 


Where do you ship to?

  We ship to all valid physical addresses and PO Boxes, within the USA, and US territories. Canada, Europe and other international countries.


What if all my products are not in stock?

 

If all your product(s) are not in stock, your credit card will not be charged and you will receive email notification that your product is currently out of stock. On orders of 2 or more we will omit the out of stock item from the invoice and submit the order with the in stock items. If you would prefer only receive the entire order, please make note in the special instructions section during check out.
